The city centre is only a mile away and, as well as regular buses, there is a clearly marked footpath from Piccadilly Station to the stadium which takes 20 minutes. You can also catch a train to nearby Ashburys station (a 10 minute journey from Manchester Piccadilly and a further 15 minute, mile-long, walk to the stadium).
